Chiara RiveraJessica was absolutely amazing with my budgie, and I’m sure he misses her a lot! I usually have my parents take care of him when I’m away, but since they joined us on our holiday this time, I was worried about my budgie's arrangements. Then I found Jessica, and I knew I had discovered something special. From the start, her attention to detail was incredible, as she had me complete a thorough questionnaire to understand my budgie’s needs completely. It was so comforting to know that she would care for him just like I do. During the week and a half he stayed with her, I received several updates each day, along with adorable photos and videos! Seeing my budgie so happy and content in her care was incredibly reassuring, and it was lovely to see Jessica and her family enjoying him too :) Since my budgie is a bit older, having Jessica as a vet made me feel even more at ease. I knew she would handle any health issues with the utmost care and attention. Jessica even went above and beyond by making a gift for my budgie and packaging it for when I came to pick him up. daniel davilaI have been working with Jessica for over a year now and I could not be happier! She is truly incredible. She is trustworthy, detail oriented, attentive to my requests/ special notes about my pets and so caring. She goes above and beyond, consistently. I have 4 birds and she has formed unique bonds with each of them. I feel so comfortable leaving them in her care because not only do I know that they enjoy her visits, she also knows all the little details about each of them. Throughout the past year she has been around for all sorts of issues including medications needing to be given and injuries and she has been incredibly reliable and supportive as a caregiver to my pets. Her reports are wonderfully detailed and really give me a sense of my animals' wellbeing, she also always notes any specific details I mention to look out for. On top of all of that she even makes them toys and cleans up their (consistently) big messes. I cannot thank her enough for the help she has been to me and such a loving addition to my birds' lives. Catherine EpsteinJessica has been the most patience and supportive with our kitten Sunny. Cutting her nails has been a challenge but with Jessica coming to our house it as made all the difference. Would recommend her for anyone struggling to take care of a difficult cat who hates having her nails cut. A.H.UI brought my three rabbits into Canada from Turkiye last month.
